It is with great joy and pride that I welcome you to Marquez Charter Elementary! I am truly honored to be part of this remarkable community, one that I have called home for many years. With over 30 years in education, including 22 of them as a teacher right here at Marquez, I know firsthand just how special our “little school on the hill” really is.
Marquez provides a welcoming and nurturing environment where every child is valued and supported. Our dedicated staff is deeply committed to helping each student reach their fullest potential through a rigorous and engaging academic program. Students are encouraged to think critically, explore their curiosity, and construct their own understanding of the world around them.

We are proud to offer small class sizes that allow for meaningful connections and personalized learning experiences. Beyond the classroom, our programs in physical education, art, music, science, and robotics help foster creativity, teamwork, and a lifelong love of learning.

Together, we will continue to nurture a school community where children feel safe, inspired, and empowered to succeed. I look forward to working with our incredible students, families, and staff to make this another memorable year at Marquez.
